Proguard Green 50 Premix is a 50% premixed ready to use Organic Long-life coolant. It is a premium quality anti-boil / anti-freeze / anti-corrosion coolant based on Australian Made carboxylate technology and contains no silicates, borates, phosphates, nitrates, nitrites oramines. Proguard Green 50 Premix contains monoethylene glycol and a double corrosion inhibitor package based on organic acid technology (OAT). Proguard Green 50 Premix Organic Coolant has a service life of up to 10 years / 1,000,000 km in automotive passenger car applications. 10 Years / 100,000,000 km / 15,000 hours in heavy duty diesel and 8 Years or 32,000 Hours in Marine and Stationary Engines. Proguard Green 50 Premix coolant maximises protection to all metals found in modern cooling systems. The organic acid-based coolants have proved far superior in protection of aluminium against “hot spot” corrosion and give excellent protection against cavitation, erosion and wet-sleeve liner pitting.
APPLICATION
Proguard Green 50 Premix Anti Boil/Anti-Freeze Long Life Coolant, when added to an automotive radiator, will raise the boiling point and lower the freezing point. Proguard Green 50 Premix is recommended for most heavy-duty diesel, Industrial and automotive applications. To extend the service life, testing and replenishment of the corrosion inhibitors is necessary. Add this product to cooling system, no dilution required.
