PRODUCT

Form Oil Concentrate is used to prepare a general purpose, hydrocarbon, concrete release agent which can be used on all types of both timber and metal formwork to prevent adhesion of the concrete. Prolube Form Oil provides excellent form adhesion with clean surface release. Prolube Form Oil contains an organic fatty acid which forms a soap type film when in contact with the wet concrete, creating a clean bond break.

APPLICATION

Form Oil Concentrate is added to either kerosene or distillate in the ratio of one part concentrate to three parts diluent.

Apply with a spray, brush or roller to obtain an even coating.

Typical coverage for diluted product
Timber up to 20 square metres per litre
Metal up to 35 square metres per litre
Coverage rate depends on form condition.
